About the Word “Pravda”
“Pravda” means “truth” in the Russian language. It is a unique and beautiful word that inspires in me a sense of revealing the genuine in the human experience. It is a word that encompasses both seeking and finding.
Experienced by a generation as the name of the Soviet propaganda newspaper, Pravda, the word was used as the voice of the government, not the voice of the people. As a counselor that seeks “pravda” in its original meaning, I have chosen to re-claim this word.
